I. DELIVERY inside Bulgaria
Shipping Method
After the receipt of your order we will deliver the products using the shipping method you have chosen yourself during checkout process in our e-shop. The products could be delivered to you only through one of the shipping methods listed below:
Delivery for Bulgaria to Courier's Office - the products ordered by you will be delivered to the office of Econt Express courier in the town indicated on the shipping address of your order. If there are several offices of the courier in the town of your address you could write the name of your preferred office by writing its name in Order Comments field during checkout process. In case there is no office of Econt Express courier in the town indicated on your shipping address this shipping method could not be applied for delivery of your order. Delivery for Bulgaria to Your Address with Econt Express courier - the products you have ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you have chosen during checkout process in our e-shop. This shipping method could be applied for delivery to every town or village in Bulgaria no matter with or without Econt Express courier office situated in it. Usual method of delivery from my previous orders (only for returning customers) - you will receive the products you have ordered in the usual way as your previous orders. The ordered products will be reserved for you within 3 working days from order acceptance date. This shipping method is available only for customers who have already ordered products from our store.
Payment Method
After you have placed your order in our e-shop you should pay the amount of your order through the payment method chosen by you during the checkout process. You could pay for the products ordered only through one of the payment methods listed below:
Cash on Delivery - the payment for the products ordered by the customer plus the courier fee is carried out through Econt Express courier when their employee hands in the products ordered to you. The choice of this type of payment method adds 1.45% fee over the amount of your order plus the courier fee. Bank Transfer - the amount of the products ordered plus the amount of the courier fee are transferred to our bank account:

When this is the payment method chosen by you during checkout process your order will be charged with an additional fee amounting to 12.50 EUR for the corresponding bank charges in case you operate from a foreign (outside Bulgaria) bank account. We do not accept bank transfers that are ordered with bank charges completely at our expense!
The processing of your order will be completed only after the receipt of the bank payment. In case we do not receive the payment within 5 working days after the date of order acceptance we will cancel the order.
PayPal - the amount of the products ordered plus the amount of the courier fee are transferred to our PayPal account sales@hobbycult.com. The PayPal system gives the possibility to pay goods and services with debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and the only thing you have to do is to register yourself (free of charge) in the PayPal system (of course if you have not done it yet). The choice of this type of payment method adds 3.4% fee over the amount of your order plus the amount of the courier fee. The processing of your order will be completed only after the receipt of the payment on our PayPal account sales@hobbycult.com. In case we do not receive the payment within 3 working days after the date of order acceptance we will cancel the order. - Apply the usual payment method from my previous orders - This payment method is available only for customers who already made orders with our shop. The products will be available for collection for 3 working days from order acceptance date.
II. DELIVERY outside Bulgaria
Shipping Method
You could use one of the following 3 methods for delivery outside Bulgaria. You could write down the name of the shipping method chosen by you in Order Comments field during checkout process or write to our e-mail
sales@hobbycult.com after placing the order in our e-shop.
In case you do not find here any shipping method to your country please make a request to us. We guarantee that we could deliver your order to every country in the world!
Shipping by Courier
Our couriers make deliveries only to the countries listed in the table below. The delivery is carried out to customer's address. The maximum delivery time is 7 working days.
